The time of closing is not true to what it says on both the website and outside the door. We were there to buy shoes but we were being told repeatedly that the store was closed and we needed to leave at 7:40 (closing time is 8) in a very rude way not only to us, but other customers in the store. We were in line to check out at 7:50 with only one pair of shoes and were told that the store was closed and we needed to leave now. I understand wanting to close the store at closing time, but it was ridiculous to me that there was nobody in line and they refused to let us buy one pair of shoes 10 minutes before when the store was supposed to be closed. The store items were impressive, however, the employees and what the store said should be true was definitely not.

The clothing selection is very cute but the staff is really rude and Im pretty sure I was targeted for not being French. Basically, I went to the dressing room to try on clothes and there were plenty of locals coming in and out peacefully so I went in. While trying on clothes 2 staff ladies yelled that the dresses were closed so I apologized l immediately (in French btw) and they stopped in front of my dressing room waiting for me to come out and as soon as I opened the drapes they both started to lecture me in English and they wouldn’t stop as much as I said that there were lots of local also using the dressing room so it was a honest mistake. I apologized once again and they walked me out still lecturing me and even telling the other staff ladies (that were not initially involved) what I have done. I just hope the staff evolves as human beings because it’s pretty sad to see that locals were ok to make a minor mistake but I had to be humiliated.

Rubbish customer service. Received at home a delivery with WRONG size and wrong label. Brought it back to the physical store and these r#tards told me i should send it back online. Since when H&M is so bad? Good luck to you and i hope u go bankrupt.

This last experience was one of the worst. All the dressing rooms were empty, I just wanted to try some bermudas, the girl tending the dressing rooms had her back turned so I went in. She hailed me in a very harsh manner telling me I couldn't just go in asked me how many items I had with the same harsh tone and made me repeat 3 times. She pointed at my grocery shopping bags and said : What's that? Groceries, I said. She said in the same harsh tone: You can't take them in. I never heard such rule in that store. Anyway I left then on her counter. I asked for the handicapped dressing room as I am handicapped and told her and she looked me up and down and said: You are handicapped? As if she didn't believe me. By that time I told her that I was done with with her speaking to me in this tone and condescending disrespectful manner and that she needed to change her tone that's when she replied to me saying : I speak to you anyway I want to. So that's it, I went to see the store mgr and reported her. Done!
